A typical day at an Indochino showroom is very calm and steady. When customers walk-in to actually getting measured or fitted its all typically an experience. Yes No. Great environment. A great environment to surround yourself with like minded people. Pay is good as well. The only down side is the hours. It is pretty much all day everyday.

The other Team Lead and I would take turns going on the weekly conference calls. Our District Manger would check with everyone who was on the call. They would congratulate every showroom that met and surpassed their goals If an Assistant Manager or Showroom Manager had been employed and working within our showroom they would have received a bonus for 4 out the 5 months that we managed the showroom.

You are nothing but numbers to the upper managers. Work with out break is the norm since people keep quitting, and the store is always severely understaffed. But the upper managers never care much about the front line, other than pushing sale goals.
The customers are blinded by the supposed "perfect fit" that the company promises, it is no surprise that cheap price tag equates cheap suit, yet such common sense is lost to all the cheap customers who walk through Indochino's door. Work one on one with clients. Great experience. Do not risk your happiness to work here. Cannot stand it! Expect you to go from appt. Just a really wack allowance for each season. For someone like me with an outgoing personality and vibrant energy, this job sucks the life out of me at the end of each day.
It's a very draining job and I need to leave soon. Get remakes. Lunch break isn't scheduled, Will schedule you to work when nothing is going on or understaff for a busy day, Terrible tablet system, Unreasonable requests about dress code, Improper training, Will not encourage you to take a break, Unorganized in alteration system, Promise customers things that they know can't happen.

In terms of scheduling this is something we have been trying to improve with the use of ADP - and anything like this it would have been really useful to raise to People and Culture whilst you were here as we need to make sure this doesn't happen.
